    Facilitated By Ruth Jolly

Ruth works as a facilitator, organisational development (OD) specialist and qualified coach – with partners, staff members and boards of social impact organisations, as well as with individuals. She is dedicated to fostering ways of developing those ‘inner skills’ which help us thrive in challenging contexts. She believes that balancing outward facing advocacy and delivery with inner development actually produces better service and results – as well as more joy and more scope to evolve.

Ruth has held operational and senior posts in grass-roots organisations, international NGOs, NGO training and research consultancies, UN agencies and advocacy coalitions. She was Head of Learning at VSO and led the Learning and Development function at Amnesty International. She has worked and lived in East Africa, South East Asia and the UK.

She is grateful to have seen – in herself and in her clients – that allowing some time for reflecting alone and with others leads to new, inspiring possibilities.
