    SUMMARY – WHY

    The Kairos Project is making available a venue in the countryside for all our clients; coming out of COVID, we are sensing a strong yearning to come together, connect and be with each other in a safe, open environment after 18 months of restrictions and isolation.

    Pausing, stepping back and slowing down together are magical ways to shape the future – through forward thinking: brainstorming, strategizing and planning. Or alignment: sharing, listening and collaborating. Or simply through human connection: relaxing, walking and chatting.

    WHERE

    Our venue is 1 hour away from London by car.

    The location: Eversley, Hants, UK

    By public transport: The nearest train station is Fleet – 50 mins from Waterloo. OR Crowthorne, 50 mins from Paddington.

    WHEN

    We are offering two formats – Half day (morning: 0900-1300) or (afternoon 1400-1800) or Full Day (0900 – 1600)

    WHAT – THE OFFER

    FORMAT 1 – HALF DAY

    TIMES: Morning (0900-1300) or Afternoon (1400-1800)

    PRICE: £1200 + VAT

    1. Use of cottage spaces to gather – drawing room, library, TV room, dining room and kitchen
    2. Use of forest and fields for walking and talking; spending time in nature.
    3. A-frame & other materials for working together
    4. Teas, coffees, water – all available
    5. Supervisor – Kairos Associates to manage the stay
    6. Optional:
        • Breakfast and lunch: £20 per person
        • TKP Facilitation: £400
        • Bespoke activities: TBC

    FORMAT 2 – FULL DAY

    TIMES: 0900 – 1800

    PRICE: £1750 + VAT

    1. Use of cottage spaces to gather – drawing room, library, TV room, dining room and kitchen
    2. Use of forest and fields for walking and talking; spending time in nature.
    3. A-frame for gathering information
    4. Supervisor – Kairos Associates to manage the stay
    5. Teas, coffees, water – all available
    6. Optional:
      1. Breakfast and lunch: £20 per person
      2. TKP Facilitation: £800
      3. Bespoke activities: TBC

    Perfect for Senior Management Teams, teams working remotely, or heads/directors of various departments. The venue is suitable for up to 12-15 people.
