Tuesday 2nd August, 10am -12pm CAT

Workshop objectives – what can you expect to learn?

    • Identify gateways and strategies to develop your own sense of being well.
    • Strengthen your resilience through trialling new practices.
    • Recognise the experience of stress – both personal and organisational.
    • Make choices about your response to difficult situations.
    • Distinctions between self-care and self-protection.
    • Stay centred and focused, present to yourself and to others.

Our workshop is highly interactive, participative and immediately applicable to your professional and/or private context. Workshops will be recorded for participants’ use and further immersion. The session concludes with practical actions to carry your learning forward.  Furthermore, you may receive further additional material resources to support ongoing practices.

    What is this workshop about?

By taking this programme you will have an opportunity to understand – and act on – what being well means to you. You will be encouraged to strengthen your own resilience in daily life. And you’ll use real challenges to learn to listen to your own responses to stress, and to recognise the cost of stress to individuals and organisations.  You’ll discover how to create choices about how to respond to difficult situations.

Building resilience will become an inviting proposition and a welcome daily practice. You will better identify strategies and habits that support positive mental wellbeing.

Your sense of being well is vital to thriving in a challenging and uncertain world. You are invited to explore ways to build inner resources to manage circumstances with calm, confidence and strength.

Please register as soon as possible. We have only 25 places for each workshop. These will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
