Paula Lazo Rivera

    Paula is a seasoned leadership development practitioner, executive coach and facilitator. She’s grown her practice in different countries and cultural settings partnering with leaders from Fortune 500 companies as well as NGO’s from across the globe.

    She is passionate about helping people become better learners and leaders maximizing the impact they create in their workplaces and communities. Paula believes in a holistic approach to development which builds on her career in different leadership roles as well as from working with leaders, teams and organizations coaching, designing and facilitating leadership development initiatives.

    Paula began her professional career in 1995. In 2005 she joined the Center for Creative Leadership, holding different staff roles among which Lead Faculty and Faculty Talent Manager for EMEA. In 2019 she founded her own practice. She’s been an associate coach and trainer with The Kairos Project since 2015.

    Paula is a professional coach trained by Newfield Network, a leadership embodiment coach and trainer by Wendy Palmer, and an accredited practitioner of different psychometrics, simulations and leadership development methods.

    Her work takes her to different countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
