Now known as Frontline AIDS, we began working with the International His/AIDS Alliance in 2016 when the Secretariat of the Alliance had recently undergone a significant restructure and a new, more streamlined, Senior Management Team (SMT) was formed.

TKP was approached by Jayne Grier (HR director) to deliver coaching to each member of the SMT as an accompaniment to their ongoing development process.

    Client Objectives

To move the Senior Management Team (SMT) towards their stated aims – shared vision, behave as one team, take responsibility and be held to account.

    Our Impact

Positive feedback from all four participants; all rated their engagement 8 or more; 2 continued with their coaching.
