GGF were looking for individually tailored coaching that would help a small subset of their advisors and coordinators find ways to increase their effectiveness as social movement leaders and grantmakers.

All participants have rated our work 8 or more out of 10; 50% of participants argued their case for further coaching; positive feedback from participants has enabled the program to roll over year-on-year for three years.
