Fundación Colunga
In 2018, we were contracted by Fundación Colunga to co-host a 2 day Sociocracy Training Retreat in the Andes Mountains with 30 third-sector organisations within the Colunga network. In December that year, we hosted a new Sociocracy training with the participation of Edwin Maria John, creator of the child and neighbourhood parliaments in India (300.000 members). Over the last years we have been working closely on several projects.
Objectives
With Fundación Colunga our intent has been to increase the impact and sustainability of civil society organisations and leaders. We are doing this through the generation of a community of practices of scalable collaborative models. This shows up as effectiveness in the workplace and greater coherence with individual and team behaviours.
