Since 2017 we’ve been working with Amnistía in the strengthening of their recently created management team as traditionally their structure was highly dependent on the figure of the executive director.

    Objectives

    Enhance the impact and sustainability of Amnesty International for the Americas, through the development of effective collaboration capacities and continuous development of its Management Team (MT).

    · Consolidate the unity and confidence of the MT team between its members and with the rest of the organization.

    · Align participants around a team purpose that is capable of motivating each one in their daily work and that translates into clear objectives communicated internally and externally.

    · Strengthen participatory and effective decision-making processes between team members and others in the organization.

    · Lay the foundations for the creation of a culture of self-care and well-being within the team and the organization.

    Impact

    The Management Team has been exploring new ways of functioning

    · facing subjects that have been difficult to discuss

    · becoming a team that holds organisational responsibility

    · holding the MT role and that being recognised by the different members of the organizations and country offices.
