TEMP TEXT By taking this programme participants will have an opportunity to understand what resilience is, what their own levels of resilience are and how to strengthen resilience in their daily life. Participants will use real-time challenges to learn to listen to their own responses to stress, create choices about how to respond to difficult situations and be able to articulate more clearly how stress or anxiety is impacting the outcome.

Building resilience will become a daily practice with new habits along with an understanding of what lends itself to positive mental wellbeing and what can deplete resilience. Participants will also be provided with tools along the way as well as a process for creating “resilience-proof” goals and projects – i.e. are the key ingredients for building more resilience into our daily life.

Participants will end the programme clearer about how their resilience is impacting their daily life and will have a toolkit to be able to deepen and strengthen their resilience whilst achieving their desired goals. Optimal mental wellbeing is vital to thriving in a challenging and uncertain world.
