Sian Choo is an ontological coach, facilitator and bilingual Master of Ceremonies based in Singapore. 

She was trained as a coach with Newfield Asia in 2017, and has since worked with a diverse group of clients in both corporate and non-profit sectors, such as senior directors in Indonesia, Hong Kong and individuals in Singapore. She is dedicated in serving her clients to fulfil their full potential and aspirations in their career and personal lives, by facilitating opportunities for self-awareness, alignment, and choice. 

As a facilitator, she has facilitated Diversity & Inclusion workshops, civic issues trails, youth and leadership development programmes, design thinking sessions with social enterprises, educational institutions, and government agencies. 

Besides that, she is also a Master of Ceremonies and enjoys making connection and spreading positivity through public speaking and emceeing events. She has hosted in both English and Mandarin for various events for government, corporate and non-profit and charity organisations. 

Last, Sian Choo brings her breadth of interdisciplinary experience working for both public and private organisations since 2014, mainly in the field of behavioural science, design thinking, innovation, capacity building and communications. In addition, she also dedicates significant time for volunteer work, as it gives her joy and satisfaction to make a difference to someone’s life. 

During her free time, she likes to read, swim, take walks in nature and plays her guitar.
