For the past decade and a half, Savitri has been providing coaching and facilitation services for team and leadership transformation to individuals holding high-ranking positions in state-owned enterprises, private sector and community based organizations in Indonesia.

Since 2019, she has also been a faculty member for the Young Leaders for Indonesia program, which is committed to fostering the development of the upcoming generation of Indonesian leaders.

She commenced her professional journey as the head of the human capital division at a regional airline. Her responsibilities included overseeing strategic human capital initiatives and working in conjunction with the ground operation and in-flight services departments.

Savitri gained certification in Ontological Coaching on 2010, she begin to cultivate her practices in facilitating and coaching using ontological framework . During her participation in the FTV Program offered by Corporate Evolution in 2015, she opted to further her knowledge on leadership consciousness, values, and leadership embodiment.
