Over the past three decades, my professional journey has spanned across the intersection of business, leadership, and impact — both in profit and not for profit eco-systems. From driving strategic growth and operational transformation at a global fashion supply chain provider, to leading investment strategy and global supply chain innovation with an impact investment private equity firm to facilitating  organizational and personal change programs with a global change management firm. Alongside my corporate leadership journey, I have remained deeply committed to sustainability, actively advising circular economy and waste management interventions that align business success with environmental responsibility.

I have been actively engaged as a Coach and Facilitator for the past 10 years. I have trust in the power of human relationships and the ability to create lasting change through meaningful conversations. My coaching approach is rooted in compassionate leadership, visionary thinking and courageous action.

My qualifications include certifications in ontological coaching ( Newfield Network USA), values based cultural transformation ( Barrett Value Center ) and Facilitator Development Program( Gita Bellin & Associates. As an ICF- certified coach at PCC level, I co-founded the ICF chapter in Jakarta. My educational background includes MBA and BBA.

I am of Indian descent, lived in Indonesia for past three decades and worked with different continents and diverse cultures. I currently live in Bali. I bring a multi cultural perspective and speak English, Hindi and Bahasa Indonesia. I love spending time in nature. Strength training, yoga and trekking are my energizers.
