    Harmeet is an executive coach and facilitator with over a decade of experience working with senior leaders, high-potential managers, and entrepreneurs across global organizations. Since beginning her coaching journey in Singapore in 2012, she has worked with clients across diverse geographies, sectors, in profit and social sector.

    Her areas of expertise include leadership transformation and team development through ontological and somatic coaching methodologies.

    She has supported leaders from various organizations as a coach including ILO (UN Agency), Antarang (Mumbai), O’Joy Care Services & HCA Hospice, AWWA (Singapore), More In Common.

    Harmeet brings a unique blend of corporate acumen and deep psychological insight. She holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and an MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai. Over a 10-year corporate career, she held leadership roles in marketing and strategy at organizations such as SmithKline Beecham, Mudra (DDB Needham), eBay.in, and Hindustan Times. As her leadership journey evolved, she felt a deeper calling—to catalyze meaningful behavior change in service of human wellbeing rather than just consumerism. This led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychology while raising her young child.

    Grounded in her heritage and personal journey, Harmeet draws from a lineage rooted in Ayurveda and healing. She is trained in Hatha Yoga (RYT200), Reiki (Level 3), Tibetan Sound Healing, and Native Shamanic practices. She is a practitioner of Aikido and Iyengar Yoga reflecting her holistic and embodied approach to transformation.

    As a coach, Harmeet is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a Corporate Coach U Graduate (CCUG), Newfield Certified Coach (NCC), Strozzi Certified Somatic Coach (SISC), Certified Health Coach (CHC), and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

    Harmeet currently lives in Mumbai and has previously lived in New Delhi, Hyderabad, Singapore, and Jakarta. She is a passionate writer and speaker on topics of empowerment, presence, and purposeful leadership. She is the co-author of Finding Your Voice: The Assertive & Empowered Woman (2017). She has been a volunteer coach with One to One Women, since 2017.
