Asha’s philosophy in leadership development and coaching is influenced by her 17+ years of experience working with corporate professionals- including her own endeavor to find balance between personal fulfilment alongside economic and professional reward.

Throughout her corporate career Asha has worked across the world with diverse high performing senior managers and CxO’s from United States, EMEA, Europe and Asia. This gives her the insider’s edge in understanding the intricate workings of organisations, teams and leaders enabling her to collaborate with them and transform situations to generate a desired future.

Asha believes the choice of creating a life full of contentment, purpose, adventure, fun, achievement and care –is a definite possibility for everyone. Her yearning to generate inspiring space for individuals & organisations to realise the ‘unexplored possibility of their live’s potential’ is what brings Asha to The Kairos Project.

Before moving to India, Asha lived in Romania for several years and was associated with the FUNDATIA INOCENTI, a non-profit organization for Romanian children’s relief. She also had the opportunity to work with IWA’s (International Woman’s Associations) charity committee in assisting NGO’s in areas of hospice, hospitals, child care and social enterprises.

An avid photographer, Asha indulges in nature/ landscape imagery. She believes that nature has an innate way of teaching us life lessons and capturing these through her lens is her way of sharing this beauty with the world.
