Anyima is originally from Ghana but based in Kenya and in her 10 plus years of coaching experience has worked with clients across Africa, Europe, North America and India, in both private and not for profit organisations including various UN agencies.
Passionate about supporting leaders through the complexities of personal and professional growth, Anyima helps them raise self-awareness, address leadership gaps, practice work-life flow , navigate burnout, and discover their authentic voices, to name a few. She takes pride in co-creating a safe and supportive space where leaders of all kinds can explore their potential with vulnerability and depth, holding them appropriately accountable, and drawing out their star qualities to help them thrive.
Anyima is certified in several assessments, including Benchmarks® 360 Assessments, Influence Style Indicator, Conflict Dynamics Profile, Hogan assessments and the African culturally conscious Zanga Metrics.
She is a Mental Wellness advocate and, actively seeks to support creative entrepreneurs in their businesses to thrive. She also supports professionals, parents and students on their journeys of Neurodivergence and understanding their unique super powers for success! For her, coaching isn’t just another job, it’s a calling and a way of life that has been in motion before it even became a career.
Anyima is married with 3 adult children, enjoys power walking, reading and watching autobiographical content, painting and collecting interesting fabrics from aound the world!
