Welcome to another round of coaching support!

Following the feedback from the pilot programme, and with support from the BSE, we are delighted to be able to offer additional coaching sessions to anyone from our pilot programme who would like some additional coaching.

What you can expect this time:

You can choose to work with any coach with availability. Coaches will support you on an individual, needs-based, ad hocbasis. As per last time, the coaching sessions are 100% confidential.

Sometimes finding a hour in a quiet space can be challenging, so we decided to make these sessions 30 minutes to fit better with your busy schedules.

There are no numbers of sessions specifically allocated per person at this time. Once you finish a session you are welcome to book another session with the same coach or a different one.

As this is a pilot programme, we may gather anonymised data on how many people use the service and on the themes they want to explore, such as building resilience, emotional agility, decision-making, team communication etc. This information will be used to help us decide on future learning and support offerings.

Sign up for a coaching session below.

Participants can book sessions subject to availability, either with the same coach or another. The idea is however not to block-book sessions at once so as to support as many people as needed. Remember – you are welcome to book another session with the same coach or a different one after a session ends.

Important: Please note that signing up for a session will hold that spot. If you cannot make your session, please give your coach at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. A no-show will mean that your session is forfeited.

Follow these steps to schedule your coaching session:

    • Select your coach
    • Select your time zone
    • Select day

Each conversation takes place via a platform of your choice.

How to prepare for your session

Our intention is that the conversations flow and that they are focused on you. In order to get most out of your session, we recommend that you reflect on the following:

    • Thinking of the particular challenge you would like to discuss with your coach, what would you like to be different?
    • What have you done so far to address this?
    • What seems to be getting in the way?
    • What resources or opportunities are available to you?
