Sari Marsden is an executive coach and co-author of “Fit to Lead”, a groundbreaking book that emphasises the role of the body in leadership and performance. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her expertise lies in facilitating leadership development, peak performance, executive presence, somatic intelligence and wellness.
She has dedicated herself to coaching for more than 10 years and specialises in working through the medium of the body to facilitate personal growth and development. Sari has worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures throughout Asia, in both corporate and personal contexts. Her passion is to work with leaders to develop their capacity through the alignment of physical, emotional and mental states.
Sari is also an NASM-certified personal trainer, corrective exercise and fitness nutrition specialist. Her passion for fitness led her to become an elite trainer for the Nike Training Club in South East Asia and she has won Gold Medals for Team Singapore in Southeast Asian fitness physique competitions. She has also been recognised for her role as a champion of women who lead with purpose.
In addition to improved performance, her clients report a shift in the way they see the world and the way they hold their body, often resulting in increased ‘executive presence’ and authenticity. Her approach is purpose-driven, holistic and dynamic.
Sari also contributes to her community via volunteering to work with youths with learning difficulties as a fitness dance coach, in a local vocational school.
