Ruth Jolly
Ruth works as a facilitator, organisational development (OD) specialist and qualified coach – with partners, staff and boards of international development, human rights and environment organisations, as well as individual coaching clients.
Ruth has held operational and senior posts in grass-roots organisations, international NGOs, NGO training and research consultancies, UN agencies and advocacy coalitions. She was Head of Learning at VSO and led the Learning and Development function at Amnesty International. She has worked and lived in East Africa, South East Asia and the UK.
She is dedicated to providing input and space to develop those “inner skills” which serve us as people and in our work roles in challenging contexts.
Ruth is grateful to have seen in her work over the years, that moments which allow for reflection and wider consciousness lead us to new, inspiring possibilities.
