Manuel Prieto Mendez

    Works in Spanish

Manuel is an ontological coach, multi-instrumentalist musician, yoga instructor and artistic project manager, currently specializing in Organizational Coaching at Escuela Fractal.

On a self-guided path, he integrates his skills and competencies and puts them at the service of the development of people and teams. In this way, he travels the world in search of experiences and learning, leading several artistic organizations linked to music.

Today he is part of The Kairos Project. He is also the creator and director of Sonido Travesía, which focuses on the design of experiences and ethnic music at the service of coaching, as well as workshops for children and young people.

He is the creator, director and voice of Manu Da Banda, a group that fuses styles such as reggae, cumbia and salsa, among others. The organization, made up of more than 15 people – including musicians, technicians, design and production – has toured several countries and festivals, such as Lollapalooza and FIIS, among others.

Manuel is also the conductor and musician of Avalancha Percusión, a group of 12 percussionists who, on stage and through a sign system led by a conductor, create music in real time.

The search, the trip, the music and the personal growth are the great motivations behind Manuel’s path.
